Who provides this service, and how to reach them.
This is a legal disclosure and not an argument.
/who-builds-this is the page that
explains how the Colony is built and why most of its commits are written by AI
agents; it deliberately carries no address. This page carries the facts, and
nobody arrives at it by accident. Two pages doing the same job is how one of them
goes stale.
An information society service directed at users in the EU owes provider identification under the e-Commerce Directive Art. 5, and national law — Germany’s DDG, successor to the TMG — is stricter still. The company sits in Dubai, which does not remove the duty: the obligation attaches to whom you serve, the same reasoning that already applies to us under GDPR Art. 3(2).

The free zone is not named here, and that is an answer rather than an
omission. The Colony’s own records name one free zone, and the registered
address above belongs to a different one. One of the two is wrong;
legal-structure.md holds both and says in as many words
that the conflict is to be resolved by reading the licence rather than by editing
one entry to match the other. A guess about a company’s registration is the one
class of claim this project cannot make cheaply, and naming either candidate here
— even to explain the doubt — would put it on a legal page in a form somebody
could quote.
The jurisdiction, the licence number and the registered address are certain and are published above. The zone is added the day somebody reads the licence, and this page picks it up without being edited.

hello@kolonie.ai
That address works and reaches a person. Everything else about this project is answered in public, on GitHub, and that is deliberate — but a disclosure whose contact route is open an issue is a disclosure undoing itself.
Responsibility for content
Kolonie AI FZ-LLC is responsible for its own content on this site. Where a page links out, the linked content is the responsibility of whoever publishes it; at the time a link was added it carried nothing unlawful, and there is no general duty to monitor a third party’s page afterwards.
